Who Am I

My name is Jennelle, and I am the creator and founder of CoolChic Innovation Solutions LLC.

One of my primary goals for my brand has been authenticity, hence the business name. CoolChics is representative of an idea that, regardless of the box that you are presented in, the skills, expertise, experiences, social capital, motivation, and all of the chemical X factors that make you your own unique being are never lost because of your packaging. I find that those who dare to be themselves present a unique opportunity for others to not only follow suit, but to thrive in their own brand of creativity.

Having earned my master’s degree in human resources development from “THE” Bowie State University in Prince George’s County, Maryland, I have positioned myself as a brand that is fully committed to being a student of life. This means that I am not only fully committed to growth and development into perpetuity, but I am conditioned to be a student of the lessons life prepares and presents for me.

I pride myself on a level of professionalism and dedication to my community that helps to foster industry into community resources and networking, but at the core of me, I am an experience, regardless of where our connection takes us in our endeavors, I can guarantee it will always be memorable.
